Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
Our default formulations are EPA-registered low-toxicity products selected specifically for residential use. Re-entry windows are typically 30 to 60 minutes after exterior treatment, and 0 minutes after most interior bait or gel applications. We provide written re-entry guidance before every visit.
How long does a typical service visit take?
The first visit (which includes the perimeter audit) takes 60 to 90 minutes for a standard single-family home. Recurring visits typically take 25 to 40 minutes. We schedule in two-hour windows so you are not waiting all day.
Do I have to be home for the service?
For exterior-only visits, no. For the initial audit and any interior treatment, yes — we want you to walk the property with the technician so the plan is built around your actual concerns.
What is included in the warranty?
If the same pest issue returns inside your active plan window, we re-treat at no additional charge. The warranty covers labor and product. It does not cover structural repair, new infestations of unrelated species, or damage caused before service began.
How do I cancel my plan?
Email us or call our office with 30 days notice. There is no cancellation fee and no termination clause. If you have prepaid for visits not yet rendered, the unused balance is refunded within 14 business days.
Do you serve commercial properties?
Yes. We hold accounts with restaurants, food production facilities, retail spaces, and multi-family residential. Commercial pricing is custom-quoted because compliance requirements vary by industry. Contact us for a written proposal.
