Some issues do not need recurring service. Single-visit pricing for the most common standalone requests. Free audit always included.

Wasp / hornet nest removal — from $129

Active nest within 10 feet of an entry point. Same-day scheduling. Includes 7-day re-inspection. Hard-to-reach nests (above 2nd floor) priced separately.

Termite WDIR inspection — from $185

Wood Destroying Insect Report for real estate transactions. Photo-documented, signed by a licensed inspector, delivered within 48 hours.

Rodent emergency exclusion — from $349

Active interior infestation. Includes full-property entry-point survey, sealing of identified openings, and 14-day verification visit.

One-time exterior treatment — from $149

Single perimeter and yard treatment. Useful before an outdoor event, after a renovation, or as a one-shot reset before deciding on a recurring plan.

Is there a setup or initiation fee?

No. The audit is free, the first visit is included in your monthly rate, and we do not charge a separate setup fee. The price you see is the price you pay.

What if my home is larger than average?

Pricing reflects standard single-family residential up to roughly 3,500 sq ft. For larger homes, we adjust the visit length and product allocation rather than charging blanket markups. We will tell you the adjusted price at the audit, before you commit.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Cancel any plan with 30 days written notice. There is no exit fee, no early-termination penalty, and no automatic multi-year renewal.

What about commercial properties?

Commercial accounts are custom-quoted because compliance requirements differ by industry and operating profile. Request a proposal and we will return a written quote within two business days.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Move up or down a tier at any monthly billing date. The new rate applies to the next visit; we do not pro-rate mid-month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and check. Plan customers can set up auto-pay; one-time service customers pay at the time of service.
