Services

Every program
we run.

Six service categories cover roughly 95% of what we do. Each is built around the same operating method — audit, plan, treat, verify — with treatment-specific products and re-entry guidance.

01

Ant & Roach Programs

Targeted gel and bait systems for sugar, grease, and moisture-feeding species. Designed to eliminate the colony, not just the foragers you can see.

02

Termite Defense

Continuous liquid barriers and in-ground bait stations. Annual structural inspections with photo-documented reports for resale and lender requirements.

03

Mosquito & Tick Suppression

Seasonal yard-wide reduction plans starting in April. Ideal for properties with children, outdoor pets, or a garden that gets used.

04

Rodent Exclusion

Full-property exclusion with steel mesh, hardware cloth, and structural sealing. Bait stations are a backup — not the strategy.

05

Stinging Insects

Wasp, hornet, and yellow-jacket nest removal. Same-day scheduling for active nests within 10 feet of any door, window, or play area.

06

Commercial Programs

Restaurant, retail, and multi-family compliance plans. HACCP-aligned documentation, scheduled visits, and a single named technician on every account.

Service 01

Ant & roach programs.

The most common service we run, and the one most consistently mishandled by DIY product. Sugar-feeding ants, grease-feeders, carpenter ants, German roaches, and American roaches all require different bait formulations.

  • Species-specific gel baits and dust formulations
  • Wall-void treatment for hidden harborage areas
  • Sanitation and exclusion recommendations included in every report
  • Targeted at the colony, not the visible foragers
  • Family- and pet-safe by default; stronger options only on escalation

Service 02

Termite defense.

Termite damage in the U.S. is estimated at over $5 billion annually, almost none of it covered by homeowner's insurance. Our termite program is designed around prevention and structural verification, not reactive treatment after damage is already visible.

  • Liquid termiticide barrier installation around the foundation
  • In-ground bait stations placed at structurally informed intervals
  • Annual photo-documented structural inspection
  • WDIR (Wood Destroying Insect Report) for real estate transactions
  • Re-treatment and damage warranties available with active plans

Service 03

Mosquito & tick suppression.

Property-wide reduction plans for the warm months. Most properties see a 70 to 90 percent reduction in adult mosquito activity within two weeks of the first treatment cycle.

  • Seasonal program runs April through October
  • Targeted application to harborage zones (not blanket spraying)
  • Standing-water audit and source elimination
  • Tick suppression on yard edges, mulch beds, and brush lines
  • Pollinator-conscious application schedule

Service 04

Rodent exclusion.

Bait alone is not a strategy. Our rodent program identifies and seals the structural openings rodents are using to enter, then verifies the population reduction with documented activity tracking.

  • Full-property exterior survey for entry points
  • Sealing with steel mesh, hardware cloth, and rodent-grade caulk
  • Garage door, vent, and utility-penetration repair
  • Tamper-resistant bait stations as monitoring tools
  • 14-day verification with photo-documented activity reduction

Service 05

Stinging insects.

Wasps, hornets, and yellow-jackets are the only category where we offer same-day scheduling without question. Active nests within 10 feet of an entry door, child play area, or HVAC intake are treated as urgent.

  • Same-day scheduling for active nests near doors and windows
  • Direct nest treatment plus dust application to the entry point
  • Physical removal of paper-wasp and bald-faced hornet nests
  • Yellow-jacket ground-nest treatment
  • Re-inspection at 7 days included with every service

Service 06

Commercial programs.

Restaurant, food production, retail, and multi-family residential. Programs are built around your specific compliance regime — Department of Health, FDA, HACCP, or property-management standards.

  • Single named technician on every visit (no rotating crew)
  • Digital service log accessible to compliance auditors
  • Scheduled visits aligned to your operating calendar
  • Emergency response within 4 hours during operating hours
  • Custom proposal — pricing reflects your actual operating profile
